Numerical simulation of the influence of different oxygen concentration on the combustion characteristics of double tangential boiler at low load

In order to cope with the demand for deep peak regulation of high-parameter coal-fired units, this paper uses numerical simulation methods systematically explore influence different secondary wind oxygen enrichment concentrations on combustion performance and characteristics singlefurnace double-cut round boilers during low-load operation, so as provide theoretical support actual operation power plants. The results are follows: (1) use enriched air boiler can improve overall temperature main zone furnace local burner nozzle section, enhance stability pulverized coal in furnace. (2) When concentration is 35% 40%, area increases most obviously, stable. (3) Oxygen-enriched effectively reduced NO x emission furnace, trend decreases first then increasing concentration.
